Day 1: Departure for Delphi, en route, you will cross Thebes, Lividia, and
Arachova (brief stop). In Delphi you will visit the Sanctuary of Apollo, the
treasure of the Athenians and the museum. Supper and accommodation in Delphi.
Day 2: Morning free. After lunch you will depart for
Kalambaka (gateway to the Monasteries of Meteora) passing by the centre of Greece. Upon arrival in Kalambaka you will savour a
succulent typically Greek supper. Accommodation in Kalambaka.
Day 3: Visit of the monasteries of Meteora built at
the summit of huge rock formations. Return to Athens via Trikala, Lamia, and Kamena
Vorla. A visit to the Monument of King Leonidas
in Theromopylae is also included. Return
to Athens early
evening.
